Galamus & Fenouillet
In the morning we will visit the beautiful hermit monastery of Galamus, which seems to be glued to the rockface. A special experience!

In the afternoon we see the chapel of the Notre Dame de Laval and the remains of the castles of the Fenouillet, beautifully situated in a gorge in ancient Templar territory.

Today we drive through Lavelanet towards Tarascon-sur-Ariège. Here we visit the cave of Lombrives, the biggest cave in Europe, or the Prehistoric Park Pyrénée (your choice).

In the afternoon we journey through the magnificent Pyrenees to the picturesque town of Ax-les-Termes. And, what does Hercules have to do with the Pyrenees?

Rennes-le-Chateau
Today we visit the so called Templar valley. We visit Rennes-le-Chateau and make a lovely tour through the valley, with a walk to the famous Devil's Chair. The programme today is variable, and can be adapted to your interests. This part of the Corbière is so full of surprises!
If you know nothing at all of the mystery of Rennes-le-Chateau, then we have an introduction tour for you!

This introductionary tour through the Haute Vallée is a favourite with people who are here for the first time. We visit the abbey ruins of Alet-les-Bains, Esperaza, we taste some wine at the Domaine St. Jacques and see the lovely village of Campagne-sur-Aude, which was founded by the Knights Templar in the 12th century.

Cathar Castles
This is a cultural tour which focuses on the culture of the Occitan people and the Cathar history. This program can be adapted to your wishes.

Possible visits:
Puivert (on foot and when open) with the local museum Quercorb, Montségur, the most famous castle in the world with its small museum, Queribus, Peyre-pertuse, Puilaurens, Aquilar, Montaillou, the caves of Lombrives, Roquefixade and Foix.

In the morning we visit the Dinosaur Museum in Esperaza. Here you will see the results of the excavations in the area and you will get a good idea of the shear age of this part of France.

In the afternoon we drive through the ancient landscape to Tautavel, where we visit the Tautavel Museum. Here you will receive information on the evolution of mankind in southern France. Tautavel men lived around 450.000 years ago in this area.

This morning we will visit the picturesque fishing village of Collioure, famous for the many artists who found inspiration there.

This was also one of the main Templar harbours, where many a secret load came ashore, which originated from "Outremèr"...

In the afternoon we visit the lovely monastery of Elne, with its famous pillars. The day is filled with legends and (almost) forgotten stories.
